Opening for Senior Solution Sales Manager

Currently we have an opening for Senior Solution Sales Manager with our client in West Africa.
It is a Fixed Term Contract position.
Please find below the job description:

• Analyze the trend and features of global ICT development, analyze and understand national ICT points in evolution share and transfer the knowledge with colleagues in department.
• Provide customized consultation service in ICT development and operation, communicate with the targeted top decision-makers (CEO/CTO/CMO and Gov-Officers), and promote the market development and solution selling.
• Organize and coach team members to deliver ICT planning consultation service, provide integrative ICT solutions to advance customers’ capabilities in network construction.


• Bachelor degree or above in telecommunication, electronics, computer or other relevant disciplines; MBA/PMP certificate is an added advantage.
• Over 10 years working experiences in first-class manufacturers or Operators’ technical consultation department, has experience on E2E ICT design, varied from national broadband network to applications.
• Have an influence on ICT industry; understand the technical development trend; familiar with customized integrated solutions and related knowledge about broadband and applications.
• Adapt to global business trip or work overseas; fluent in listening and spoken English, proficiency in French or Chinese is an added advantage.
• Experience in Telecom/ICT industry.

Opening for Senior Business Consultant

Currently we have an opening for Senior Business Consultant with our client in West Africa.
It is a Fixed Term Contract position.
Please find below the job description:

• Major focus on the communication with CEO, CMO and CIO
• Develop operator business cases on service planning and business planning to help Operator understand how to make the suitable and differential service and business to the dedicate market especially in West Africa
• 3.lead a team to conduct industry research on special topics as 3G era service, 2G service, and enterprise service, promotion strategy, go to market strategy, and business leading, etc
• Model of ROI analysis in terms on how to help operator to design the high efficiency investment.
• Establish close customer relationships with marketing and IT department customers.


• Telecommunications marketing consultancy
• Operator CMO or Marketing Director
• Global marketing experience is necessary, including emerging market and developed market
• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or business is required
• MBA is highly desirable
• Good knowledge and experience in telecommunications industry especially on mobile broadband business is required and service planning.
• Strong experience in financial analysis using Excel and other tools
• At least 10 years’ Experience in areas of marketing strategy, business development, business modeling analysis, and trend evaluation is desired
• Good communication skills. Good organizational, cross-departmental and project management skills
• Fluent English is a must, French is best preferred. Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage
• Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
• Easygoing with an open mind and willingness to learn new things quickly.
