Sr.Business Analyst/Lead - Business Analyst

§ 4 - 8 years experience in gathering business requirements by conducting JAD Sessions, requirement workshop, brainstorming etc…
§ Hands-on Experience in Requirements Analysis, Clarification and Realization sessions with development team.
§ Experience in documenting user requirements using various methods like use cases, BRDs etc.,

§ Translating business requirement document to software requirement specifications
§ Experience in using requirement management tools (e.g., RequistePro, Quality Center etc)
§ US Health Plan Knowledge is a MUST
§ Exposure to Claim Processing Application (Ex. Facets, Paradigm, Amisys, Market Prominence, QNXT, IKAsystems etc.) is a must. Intermediate to Expert Level is desired.
§ Working knowledge of database concepts, SQL, database design and analysis concepts, UML, Microsoft Visio or equivalent
§ Exposure to the EDI standards like X12N and NCPDP is desired
§ Knowledge of US ICD-10 mandate and changes is desired.
§ Strong listening skills, displays patience and good comprehension
§ Must be a fast learner and able to work under tight deadlines
§ Strong Analytical, Logical & problem solving Skills
§ Excellent oral and written communications skills

Candidate must have experience in Health Plan functional leadership as well as demonstrable skills in one or more functional health plan areas including enrollment, member service, claims processing, benefits, provider reimbursement, provider set and billing or accounts receivable.

Certifications: PAHM, FAHM, CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
