Location: HBL, Sonepat.
Position Summary: To assure maintenance, improvement in Quality of the product in its various stages of manufacture; effective provision of Quality support across the production value chain and provision of laboratory support to the shift based production team.
This position reports into Head Manufacturing and is responsible for :

·Quality custodianship promoted in the production environment by mentoring of production teams. Provide insight and potential alternatives to address a current problem.
·Quality control systems and procedure audits conducted to determine the efficiency in ensuring product quality and actions and recommendations made based on findings.
·Line staff mentored in retrieving and interpreting quality information from point of source to make an informed decision.
·Budgets for quality control are prepared according to Company financial guidelines.
·Implement the required quality systems for the brewery in consultation with the HUB/SAB Miller guidelines.
·Periodic/Regular Market visits to understand the quality problems and also meeting the customers. Develop the QAD team to undertake the same. ·Safe working procedures / signage and standards are appropriately documented. Monitor safe working procedures and signage in your area and effect improvements where necessary Qualification:
Graduate in Brewing Technology/ Food Technology / Chemical Engineering
7-9 years experience
