Specifications for the Manager: IP Telephony

Managers would have 8 to 10 years of experience.

· Manage and lead a team of technical engineers and monitor their performance
· Manage critical global customer escalations
· Improve process efficiency, quality of service delivery & customer management
· Drive high performance culture
· Experience in Communication Technology is essential
· Experience in IP telephony domain is desirable
· Building strategies to optimize performance and day-to-day functioning
· Working effectively with global counterparts and ability to work with global customer base

Strong verbal communication skills
Strong customer focus and service orientation
Must be highly motivated and self driven
Good organizational and collaboration skills
Hiring and talent retention

· BE/MCA or equivalent
· Industry Standard Certifications in Telecom, Data, & ITIL will be an added advantage
· Professional certifications like MCSE, CNA, CCNA, Avaya Certification, etc. would be an added advantage
